They want you to believe in yourself.

So they validate your fears.

The also validate your hate as a salvation.

Is learning about systematic racism going to hurt you?

Is someone with a mental illness going to kill you?

No.

But if you listen to #pos_tefanik and the gop ---> people of color are coming for you. You hear it when stiffy touts replacement theory as a danger. 

Often the worst off in our country in our country is better off than in any third world country. People in the United States are better off in 2023 than they were in 1929.

In 1929 the life expectancy was less than 60. Now it is in the mid-70’s

We have the ability to address sickness and disease like never before. But that doesn’t mean we do, in fact our life expectancy has decreased in the last couple years. Some would say it is because of disease... and they would be half right. In fact, those who are most likely to die of disease, believe the leaders who validate their ignorance.

To pander to the ignorant base the likes of #pos_tefanik pushing conspiracy, because in doing so they now have their foot on the pedal of your fears, and they need to accelerate before you learn anything.

Remember, when someone pushes fear on you, to validate what you ‘want to believe’ over reality... you are just part of the problem.

And what many people miss is what this must be like. I ask you to pretend like the scene of children butchered by semi-automatic weapons is one of the most heinous thing that could happen to anyone... to a child. Pretend like you care.
